Part of the challenge was maintaining full operation and service levels during construction, especially with the airport property adjacent and nearby residences that were managed by Coldbox. Through the collaborative Progressive Design–Build approach, GoCold Solutions now has a semiautomated (pallet runner) high-density racking system, the most profit-efficient addition possible.
