The newest Costco warehouse in this growing south London neighborhood was completed on an aggressive timeline. The retail facility features a commercial kitchen, meat preparation area, bakery, freezers, and coolers. Situated on a 20-acre greenfield site, the development also includes a 16-bay gas station.

Early in the project, significant civil work was undertaken, including the creation of a 20,000-cubic-meter water retention pond and ancillary water coursing systems. These efforts required close coordination to meet the accelerated timeline.

Eager to occupy the new facility, Coldbox partnered with Costco to accelerate the project. By leveraging strong trade relationships and strategically stacking trade activities, the project was successfully delivered ahead of the original schedule.
