Built for a leading North American specialty food distributor, the Chefs Warehouse project included the construction of a freezer, coolers, process and production areas, and office space. Delivered on Miami Executive Airport property next to an active airport, the Coldbox team closely managed all county permitting requirements, airport regulations, and flight path restrictions to expedite construction. As the design-builder, Coldbox managed all architectural, mechanical, structural, electrical and fire suppression design and trade disciplines including permit acquisition.
